Ingredients: Hot peppers (50%), extra virgin olive oil (30%), peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, apple cider vinegar, unrefined sea salt, lemon juice.

It is a paté of spicy cornetto peppers, which are grown on our farm in May and collected manually from August to October. They are washed, selected, depicciolati, cut into rings and ripened in salt for a short time. Then they are shredded with the addition of Mediterranean spices and potted in extra virgin olive oil.

It is a must, inevitable in the kitchen! You can use it in sauces , in sauteed mussels, in meat with pizzaiola. Spicy lovers can not do without it on pizza or pasta. The Salento pepper is a flagship of the production of the area. If you go from here in September do not miss the party held in Ru ano dedicated to the "Maru" (the spicy).
