INSPIRATION

One of the tastiest varieties of the Mezzasoma range, produced by slow and patient processing: first poured in starch, then delicately dusted one by one and finally covered with pure extra dark chocolate. Inside a very delicate gem of crystallized sugar rest three different and delicious fillings: a liqueur syrup made with sweet wines, a very fine orange liqueur or a vigorous Williams pear distillate. Liquorini represent how fantastic and original excellences can be created through a unique and ancient technique.
