Bonci presents his last great creation. The BRIA Mokanero. A totally natural yeast that combines its particular black soul, dark chocolate drops and coffee liqueur.

Naturally leavened oven confectionery product with dark chocolate drops, soaked in alcoholic syrup based on espresso coffee.

Ingredients: type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, butter, pasteurized whole eggs, dark chocolate drops 18% min. (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), natural yeast, alcoholic syrup (14% vol. alk.) of imbibition (water, sugar, ethyl alcohol, 6% espresso coffee, freeze-dried coffee, natural flavor: vanilla) 30%, cocoa powder, salt. 

Made in laboratories that use: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame, peanuts, milk powder, milk proteins, soy lecithin. 

Produced without preservatives and dyes.
