The Farrine are our Tagliatelle (4mm) in the variant with spelled flour. The high nutritional value added to the extreme digestibility make the Farrine a complete and inviting dish without adding too much seasonings. To fully enjoy the aromatic notes given by the spelled we recommend serving them with extra virgin olive oil and possibly some asparagus or rocket and Parmesan.
